Women's Ministries

All women are invited to attend and participate in the various activities and events sponsored by UBC Women’s Ministry such as: Fellowships, Ladies Bible Study, Small Groups, Special Events, Service Projects and MORE!

Please join us in the Lobby every Thursday morning at 9:30am to pray for each other. See Maria Herrera for more information.

A variety of Bible studies provide women with the opportunity to dive into God’s word. Video and workbook resources usually compliment the small group guided discussions. Day and evening meeting times are offered. See Amy Mora for more information.

Please come with your hand crafted projects and fellowship with other ladies while you crochet, knit, macramé, cross stitch or do whatever project you are working on!

Please join us as we gather in small groups and go deeper into the word of God.

We sponsor a variety of opportunities for women to get acquainted with other women from diverse walks and experiences. From luncheons, to craft nights and the occasional out of town retreat. Women can bring their talents and interests to develop valuable relationships that help further God’s kingdom. If you would like to share an opportunity or suggestion for an event contact Amy Mora at amora@ubcsa.org.

  • Prayer quilt Ministry

Everyone is welcome to participate: We always need help to pin, cut, sew, design, iron, etc. Bring your sewing machine, notions, and either gray or ecru thread. We meet in the Fellowship Hall from 1-5 pm on the first Saturday of the month. For more information, contact Linda Byrom.

Service projects

We partner with Boone and Carnahan Elementary School for the following service projects:
